Here's a little series of photos my sis Veleven was kind enough to take of me after I attended a Steampunk themed wedding back in October of 2013. I created the outfit from bits and bobs, opshopping in Fremantle with my buddy Liz. I borrowed the hoop skirt from Carina, another great friend. I made my goggles out of foam and shoe polish, inspired in part by something incredible DenBow created (from real leather, mind!)

It might not be Steampunk in its truest sense, but I did my best and had a lot of fun!

it looks very steam punk to me, granted now a days just about anything with goggles, cogs or a lacy anything counts as steam punk
